This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 46.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 58 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The purity of Human CD40 Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H525a) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 110-125 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Immobilized Human CD40 Ligand, His,Flag Tag, premium grade (Cat. No. CDL-H52Db) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD40 Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H525a) with a linear range of 0.01-0.3 μg/mL (QC tested).
Loaded Human CD40 Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H525a) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human CD40 Ligand, His,Flag Tag, premium grade (Cat. No. CDL-H52Db) with an affinity constant of 0.911 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
FACS analysis shows that Human CD40 Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H525a) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human CD40L. The concentration of Human CD40 is 0.03 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
