This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 60.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 25 mM Arginine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.

The purity of Mouse Nectin-4, Fc Tag (Cat. No. NE4-M5257) is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 115-145 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Immobilized Human Nectin-1, His Tag (Cat. No. PV1-H5223) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on an Nickel Coated plate can bind Mouse Nectin-4, Fc Tag (Cat. No. NE4-M5257) with a linear range of 0.156-2.5 μg/mL (QC tested).
Loaded Mouse Nectin-4, Fc Tag (Cat. No. NE4-M5257) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-1, His Tag (Cat. No. PV1-H5223) with an affinity constant of 278 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested)
